360 Commercial Roofing

Privacy Policy

Effective September 28, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

360 Commercial Roofing (“360CR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand of The Choice Roof Contractor Group, LLC, an Ohio company established in 2013. References to 360 Commercial Roofing in this policy refer to that company acting through the 360 Commercial Roofing brand.

This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through 360CommercialRoofing.com and other forms, campaigns, or platforms that expressly link to this policy, and when you contact us about our services.

Our network includes separately operated businesses. Quantum Roof Tech is owned and operated by Top Roof Marketing, LLC and serves operationally as 360’s technology arm. Other businesses’ websites and services may have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. We may receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, location, business interests, project details, meeting information, survey responses, and other information you choose to provide in forms, emails, phone conversations, scheduling tools, or our chatbot.

Website and device information. When you visit the site, our hosting, analytics, advertising, and embedded-service providers may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages visited, referring pages, visit times, and cookie or similar online identifiers.

Chatbot information. If you use our assistant, the service processes the messages you submit, any contact details you include, and technical information needed to operate the conversation. Embedded services can also receive connection information when their content loads.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to questions, arrange meetings, and provide requested information or services.
  • Understand your business needs and help connect you with relevant resources or support, including sharing inquiries with network businesses for their own marketing as described below.
  • Maintain business records and manage communications and customer relationships.
  • Send relevant updates or offers, subject to applicable requirements and your communication preferences.
  • Understand website use, improve content and services, and measure marketing performance.
  • Support advertising and audience measurement through the tools described below.
  • Operate and protect our services, investigate problems, and meet legal obligations.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Pixels, local storage, and similar technologies can also collect or remember information about a visit. Some information can be transmitted to a service provider even when no cookie is stored.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and usage. Google receives technical and usage information through this service. See how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.

Meta Pixel

We use Meta Pixel to report website visits and support advertising measurement. Depending on our advertising settings and Meta’s practices, this information may also support audience creation and personalized advertising. Meta may associate information received from our website with information it already holds about you. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.

The current website uses analytics and advertising tags that can load automatically when you visit. It does not currently provide an on-site cookie settings panel. Browser controls can limit cookies and some tracking, but disabling cookies alone may not prevent every transmission of information.

Disclosures to advertising providers may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. The rights and requirements that apply depend on the law and the circumstances.

5. AI assistant and service providers

The website includes an AI-powered assistant that uses OpenAI technology. The questions and information you submit are transmitted to OpenAI and the service providers supporting the assistant to process your request and generate a response. Messages may be stored or reviewed by our team and service providers to respond to inquiries, provide follow-up, troubleshoot problems, and maintain the service. See OpenAI’s information about API data controls.

Please share only information relevant to your business inquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, sensitive health information, or confidential information you are not authorized to share. You can contact us by email or phone instead of using the chatbot.

AI responses may be inaccurate. Do not rely on a chatbot response to change this policy or establish a promise about how personal information is handled.

If you follow a scheduling link, Calendly processes the information you provide to arrange a meeting, and relevant booking details are made available to us. See Calendly’s Privacy Notice. Other campaign or form platforms are covered by this policy only when the specific collection page links to it; the platform may also provide its own privacy notice.

6. When information is disclosed

  • Service providers: hosting, communications, scheduling, customer management, chatbot, AI, analytics, and advertising providers, as relevant to operating the site and our business.
  • Network businesses and their marketing: we may share inquiry and contact information with businesses in our network, including Choice Roof Contractor Group, Top Roof Contractors, Top Roof Marketing, and Quantum Roof Tech, to respond to inquiries, provide relevant support, and allow those businesses to market their own products or services to you. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, location, and information about your business needs or interests. Separate businesses may use this information under their own privacy policies. We obtain consent or provide choices where required by applicable law.
  • With your direction or permission: when you ask us to share information or authorize a particular use.
  • Legal and security purposes: where reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, or investigate suspected misuse.
  • Business changes: in connection with a merger, sale, restructuring, or transfer of relevant business operations, subject to applicable requirements.

Sharing information with a network business for its own marketing is a separate purpose from providing a service on our behalf. See the choices below for requesting that we stop future disclosures for partner marketing. Analytics and advertising disclosures are described separately above.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

Marketing messages. You can use the unsubscribe option in a promotional email or contact info@360commercialroofing.com to change your marketing preferences. We may still send messages needed to respond to you, provide a requested service, or administer an existing relationship.

Partner marketing. Contact us at info@360commercialroofing.com to request that we stop sharing your information for network partners’ own marketing. If a partner has already received your information, you can also use its unsubscribe option or contact that partner directly about its communications and privacy practices. A request to us does not automatically unsubscribe you from every partner’s separate mailing list.

Browser and provider settings. Your browser may let you block or delete cookies and restrict tracking. Google and Meta also offer privacy and advertising controls. These choices may affect website features and do not necessarily remove information already collected.

Requests about your information. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing, sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also have rights to withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy regulator.

To make a request or ask about your options, email info@360commercialroofing.com or call 614-398-1570. Describe your request and the contact information you previously used with us. We may need information to verify your identity or authority to act for another person. We will respond as required by applicable law; some information may need to be retained for legal or other permitted reasons.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Other websites, locations, and children

External websites. Links to partner websites, social networks, or other services take you to services that may be operated independently. Review their privacy notices before providing information.

Processing locations. We operate in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Children. This website is intended for business users, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact us so we can review the situation and address the information appropriately.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy as our services or information practices change. When an updated policy is published, its effective date will be shown here. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
